Husband and wife team, Karen and Jeff formed DaneShark out of a love of their respective professions. Karen actively works as an Enterprise Architect, Engineer and Developer with over 25 years of professional experience in the field.  She has a desire to use her skills to build amazing websites for those that may not have the skills, time or large budget to do it themselves. Once your site is built, we break the dependency chain that other companies rely on for repeat business. We take the time to teach you how to use the application, modify and upkeep your new site.  

Having 35 years of experience in leadership and executive management, Jeff is currently a leader in a leading financial institute.  He is a natural born leader, regularly coaching team members seeking to grow into leadership positions. Many seasoned professionals frequently seek him out for mentoring and advice with difficult situations. He has spoken at multiple group management events, teaching, encouraging and motivating others.  Functioning as a primary hiring authority, he is well versed in what makes a successful interview.
